is there anyway to post a poll on this page. we need to find out which is the most popular method. i think our next camping trip should be long enough to allow me to attempt each position at least once.

Looked for a polling plugin, but didn't find one that looked like it'd work. Will keep looking.

Eat <a href="http://www.chopstork.com/wordpress/2006/06/03/i-like-the-fiber/" rel="nofollow">Katmandu Curry</a> at every meal and you could get all six positions in a two day trip.

I am a friend of Matt V's. We recently went on a backpacking trip together and he definitely needed to have read this before our trip. I must say, the Asian squat is by far the most simple and effective technique of the above. It's really quite beautiful actually. the Lean Cuisine would have to be the next best, but, why mess with perfection? Thanks for the entertainment!
